Governance Statement
At Broughton and Milton Keynes Parish Council, we are committed to upholding strong governance, transparency, and accountability in everything we do.
This section contains many of the Council’s adopted policies and procedures. These documents guide how we operate, how we make decisions, and how we serve our community — covering areas such as finance, councillor conduct, data protection, public engagement, health and safety, and more.
We review and update our policies regularly to ensure compliance with legislation and alignment with local government best practice.
