Corinne oversees all aspects of accounting, financial regulations, and budgeting, maintaining the parish’s financial health and transparency.
In addition to her financial responsibilities, Corinne handles human resources, fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our staff. She is also passionate about community engagement, building meaningful connections and initiatives that bring our parish together. Lynn plays a key role in our team, offering vital support to the Parish Manager and stepping in when needed. She actively engages with the community, building strong connections and ensuring residents' voices are heard. Lynn also manages our social media platforms, keeping everyone informed and connected.
In addition to her community-focused work, Lynn creates our quarterly newsletters, sharing important updates and stories with the parish. She oversees planning and licensing management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and in compliance with regulations. Lynn is also the driving force behind our events and activities, planning and facilitating them to bring our community together.

Meet Vanessa Davidson – Responsible Finance Officer
Vanessa plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of our parish. She expertly handles debtors and creditors, ensuring our finances are balanced, accurate, and well-maintained. Her attention to detail helps keep our parish running smoothly.
Vanessa also takes charge of audit administration, making sure we are always prepared for financial reviews and audits. She also manages contract administration, ensuring all agreements are well-organised, up-to-date, and aligned with our needs.
Beyond the financial side, Vanessa oversees bookings, coordinating schedules to ensure everything runs efficiently. Her multitasking and dedication are key to keeping both our financial and operational aspects in top shape.

Meet Hanneli Lloyd – Operations Support Manager
Hanneli is an essential part of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She provides excellent customer service and helpful signposting at Broughton Pavilion, making sure visitors feel welcome and supported.
Hanneli manages the administration of our allotments, overseeing the allocation of vacant plots across all sites and ensuring a fair and efficient process. Beyond her administrative duties, she is also involved in social project work, contributing to initiatives that benefit our community. Additionally, Hanneli provides vital administrative support to the team, keeping everything organised and on track.

Steve Ciciura Assets Supervisor
Meet Steve Cicura – Assets Supervisor
Steve is the backbone of Broughton Pavilion, ensuring everything is in top shape. He manages asset maintenance and landscaping, keeping both the Pavilion and allotments well-maintained and looking their best. Along with maintaining the building and outdoor spaces, Steve oversees event setup and building cleansing, making sure every event runs smoothly in a welcoming environment.
Additionally, Steve handles allotment inspections, repairs, and landscaping, ensuring the allotments and all outdoor spaces are in excellent condition.
