The Parish Council currently employs 2 full-time and 4 part-time staff, headed up by the Parish Manager.  
 
The Staff Organisational Chart is currently being updated. 
 
Whilst some of the team work full-time, they may not always be in the office;

Corinne leads The Parish Team with dedication and expertise, overseeing several vital areas that keep our community running smoothly. She ensures legal compliance and strong governance, while also shaping our business strategy to meet future goals. Corinne manages all aspects of accounting, financial regulations, and budgeting, maintaining the parish’s financial health and transparency. 
 
In addition to her financial responsibilities, Corinne handles human resources, fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our staff. She is also passionate about community engagement, building meaningful connections and initiatives that bring our parish together. Corinne’s multifaceted role is essential in creating a thriving and well-managed parish community.

Lynn Maddocks  Deputy Manager  

Meet Lynn – Deputy Parish Manager 
 
Lynn plays a key role in our team, offering vital support to the Parish Manager and stepping in when needed. She actively engages with the community, building strong connections and ensuring residents' voices are heard. Lynn also manages our social media platforms, keeping everyone informed and connected. 
 
In addition to her community-focused work, Lynn creates our quarterly newsletters, sharing important updates and stories with the parish. She oversees planning and licensing management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and in compliance with regulations. Lynn is also the driving force behind our events and activities, planning and facilitating them to bring our community together.

Hanneli Lloyd  Operations Support Manager  

Meet Hanneli Lloyd – Operations Support Manager 
 
Hanneli is an essential part of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She provides excellent customer service and helpful signposting at Broughton Pavilion, making sure visitors feel welcome and supported. 
 
Hanneli manages the administration of our allotments, overseeing the allocation of vacant plots across all sites and ensuring a fair and efficient process. Beyond her administrative duties, she is also involved in social project work, contributing to initiatives that benefit our community. Additionally, Hanneli provides vital administrative support to the team, keeping everything organised and on track.

Vanessa Davidson  Finance Officer  

Meet Vanessa Davidson – Finance Officer 
 
Vanessa plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of our parish. She oversees debtors and creditors control, ensuring our finances are balanced and well-maintained. 
 
In addition to her financial responsibilities, Vanessa handles audit administration, making sure everything is in order for our financial reviews. She also manages contract administration, keeping our agreements organised and up-to-date. Lastly, Vanessa oversees bookings, coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth operations across our services. 
 
 

Steve Ciciura  Caretaker - Broughton Pavilion 

Meet Steve Cicura – Caretaker 
 
Steve is the backbone of Broughton Pavilion, ensuring everything is in top shape. He handles asset maintenance and management, keeping our facilities well-maintained and fully operational. 
 
Steve also takes care of the landscaping at Broughton Pavilion, making sure the grounds are always looking their best. Additionally, he manages building cleansing and event setup, ensuring that every event at the Pavilion runs smoothly and in a clean, welcoming environment. 
 
 

David Lloyd  Allotments Warden 

Meet David Lloyd – Allotment Warden 
 
David is dedicated to keeping our allotments in excellent condition. He conducts regular inspections and reports to ensure everything is running smoothly. 
 
In addition to inspections, David takes care of allotment repairs and maintenance, addressing any issues promptly. He also manages the landscaping of our allotments, ensuring they are well-tended and attractive. Beyond the allotments, David oversees outdoor asset management and maintenance, keeping all our outdoor spaces in top condition
