We are seeking to co-opt some new Parish Councillors to join the current team at Broughton & Milton Keynes Parish Council.
Parish Councillors play a vital role in representing residents, influencing local services, and supporting community projects.

Please complete the application form (see below) and return it along with a brief written statement outlining why you are interested in the role and what you can bring to the Council.

The co-option will be considered at September Full Council Parish Council meeting on Monday 15th September at 7:15pm at Broughton Pavilion.

β Who Can Apply?
You must be:

At least 18 years old
β
A British, Irish, Commonwealth or EU citizen
And meet at least one of the following:
π’Be registered to vote in the Parish
π’Have lived in or within 3 miles of the Parish for the past 12 months
π’Work in the Parish (main or only place of work)
π’Own or rent land/property in the Parish for the past 12 months
βYou must not be disqualified from holding public office (e.g. due to bankruptcy restrictions or criminal convictions).
