FINANCE
Broughton and Milton Keynes Parish Council is funded via various means. Annually the Parish Council set an amount to cover the shortfall in income needed to support the services and programs it provides its residents each year. This is called the precept and is collected by Milton Keynes City Council through the collection of your Council Tax. The Parish Council also receives hiring income, rental income, and interest on savings accounts. We also apply for grants to cover large project costs.
